Thirty-five units across five modules. Work through them in order — each module builds on the assumptions the one before it dismantled.
The competency tracker is the spine of this course. Complete it before you watch a single unit, and again when you finish — then keep both versions. The comparison between them tells you more than either score alone.
Some scores will fall the second time. That is expected, and usually a good sign: you now understand what the competency actually asks of you.
The final unit uses your three lowest scores as the starting point for a written development plan. Without a baseline, that unit has nothing to work with.
Self-knowledge, then the beliefs you have never tested, then what distorts them under pressure, then what you do about it, then how you keep doing it.
Your decision-making style, your drivers, and an honest measure of where your trading judgement sits today — closing with the first two things you write for yourself.
The beliefs you trade on without testing — about yourself, your markets and your method — then the two systems that generate them.
What a bias actually is, then the six distortions that cost traders most — and how to design around the one that is yours.
Discipline defined measurably: the rate at which your actions match your stated plan — plus the confidence that drives compliance and the cycles that erode it.
Review, mastery, resilience and performance state — closing with your written development plan.
